Play is the way young children learn. Think about how you would rather learn.  Would you rather sit down and color a picture of an elephant, or would you rather hold a three dimensional elephant toy, read a book about elephants, pretend to be an elephant, and talk about what an elephant feels, smells, and looks like?  Playing really is learning where young children are involved.  Please look for a program that includes plenty of 'playschool' and very little 'sit down school' when looking for a quality program for your child
